Yes. There is an ice machine in the building that is included.

Yes. There is a full kitchen, however the big appliances are off limits for liability purposes. There is a microwave and plenty of outlets for crockpots etc. There is also a rental fridge solely for rentals.

No. You must provide your own sound equipment.

The night prior to your rental you will receive a code to enter through the back door. The code is not active until the start time of your rental.
