Our Mission
The Jambalaya Festival Association takes great pride in giving back to the community by providing Jambalaya to local charitable organizations throughout the year. Profits made from the annual Jambalaya Festival are used to provide Jambalaya dinners to numerous organizations throughout the parish and state.
